Hello all! I am in need of the email addresses of Chris Gilbert CEO/President and the VP Beth Gilbert of Fred Beans dealership. The issues I'm having are far beyond the pay grade of anyone on their payroll. Does anyone have this? I know that the general format is employee first initial and last name, followed by @***.com for their employees, but it may be different for the executive level. Just looking for someone to confirm the exact email address for the CEO and also the vice president if possible. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hate Fred beans almost died last night because they didnt fix my transmission, the manager at Langhorne location John, argued with me instead of helping. Told me a rental car is $250 deposit and $45 a day, when I asked for a rental at my first appointment they said they didnt have any cars.

He also is trying to say they cant predict future problems but it was one of the problems I brought it in for on Feb 7th just to get my car 5 days later and no work was done on it and the part I said yes to fix, they never ordered it not until 3 days later and couldnt even give me a call to let me know like we agreed to, I had to drive back up a week later to find out the part came in. Then he doesnt have any available appointments until March 18th and comes back around full circle to me almost dying last night because my car was stuck in 4th gear.

I purchased an oil cap for a Hyundai Sante Fe Sport for $53 at Fred Beans Hyundai. Faulkner would have charged 31 if they had in stock.I found the same cap at Auto Zone for $9.

After paying a significant amount of money to purchase my truck outright just a few months ago, I am very disappointed in the quality of this vehicle

Shoddy sign and out the door type sales at the Langhorne, PA dealership. Immediately after the deal was closed, and they had my money, I immediately felt like a burden when I called to ask why I didn't receive the 2nd key?

They tried to tell me the vehicle only had one key? I had to insist they pay for a new one to be made. If I was male, I'm pretty sure I would have been treated very differently. Both times I looked at the vehicle, it was dark and appeared to look fine.

Upon closer inspection, I could see that the dash and doors had a lot of unsightly scrapes and nicks. I also discovered a decent size of black stripping on the roof was missing, along with a small chunk of truck bed spray was gouged out. I now do not feel like my vehicle truly received the 172 (or whatever) point inspection. I worry that this vehicle will have costly repairs sooner rather than later.

Oh, and the brakes have been squealing since I left the lot.

I have already had it in to be looked at twice.

Each time they have said that everything is fine. Will never buy from this outfit again.

No check yet, I left 3 voicemails for Sales Manager, no callbacks yet so Im in Limbo. Took delivery of new vehicle 1 1/2 months ago Im still being *** around with the 300 bucks they owe me. Tony Auletto agreed that they do owe the money and Im still hopeful that he will follow through

Warranty pressures and overcharged for vehicle

Beware of extra charges and being pressured by finance manager for unnecessary warranty! I was told their Total Care Package was included in the price of the vehicle by the sales person and the finance manager.

Ok cool.

Sounds great.

Get downstairs to the finance dept, and Scott the finance manager would not take no for an answer on purchasing extra warranty coverage that took my monthly payment to almost $100 extra a month! He even went as far as insulting my intelligence by saying most people understand things go wrong with their cars when I repeatedly had to tell him No I did not want the extra warranty.

To top it off, I get home and go over the paperwork and notice I was charged $3000 extra for the car! I call Scott and question these extra charges, and guess what? That total care package I was told was included in the price of the car, was actually $1995 extra!

When I questioned and threatened to bring the car back, he offered compensation for the package.

These are tough times for everyone. To be intentionally ripped off while doing business with, what I thought was a reputable company is alarming.

I have purchased 5 of my last vehicles at Fred Beans. I will I longer be doing business with them.

Will update when they make good on their promise.

Horrible automotive organization

First, I must say I was warned before dealing with Fred Beans and they have a reputation of unprofessionalism, rudeness, bias opinions about their customers and their "bait & switch tactics.

Unprofessional so called GM Finance Manager, J. Sweeney at Fred Beans Ford in Langhorne, was a little upset that we were paying cash for a vehicle with no additional coverages for tires, paint, GAP, etc...

and decided to increase the price of the vehicle when we were on our way down to purchase the car.

As I listened to this arrogant, unprofessional over talk my fiancé and proceed to tell him, you should have bought the car that day you were here....over and over again. I was floored at what I was hearing coming from a "GM". Your not typically going to buy a car the first day and wait a few days to get finances in order. We heard over and over, "not my problem, should have bought it the first day, it the beginning of the month, and our prices increase."

In closing, like many others, we were the victims of the "bait & switch".

Calls to corporate resulted in Dave....another GM, defending his arrogant GM FI manager. Social media is a wonderful tool and we intend on using it to the fullest.

I am sorry to all the people writing. Bad reviews and on the other hand I am glad to know that it is not just me.

Because I was certainly lead to believe that I was the only customer that ever complained about. Fred beans to hear the people that you just mentioned. Telling me the same thing and it's not just the people. In those positions, it actually trickles down to even the people answering the telephone and one.

In particular, woman named Taylor who is so ignorant and so arrogant.

And I too am having my difficulties in trying to get through to someone in corporate. But as I read the reviews, I'm wondering if it would even be worth it.

I purchased a car from Fred Beans Nissan and was told since they are located in NJ and I live In Pa they would pay for me to have my car inspected in Pa which I did take care and now a month later I am still waiting for my refund. They are quick to take your money but take a while to refund it

I purchased the vehicle in may,2021 Now is September , 2021 . My sticker is already expired . They keep blame the DMV delay. I called the DMV they didnt had any documentation from Fred beans dealership . I go on the Fred beans website and post bad comments. Next day I got the duplicate registration picture from Fred Beans Family of Dealerships Title Department Team . So all these time they didnt turn in my paperwork to DMV. They are the biggest liars.

Price gouging.

Wanted to buy 2021 Colorado. Told salesman work up your best price. He came back with we are charging $2500.00 over sticker price because its the last one we have and they are hard for us to get. Contacted 3 other dealers and they are selling at msrp. I have been buying vehicles from Fred Beans since 1987. So long Fred.

Took my truck in to get hood repainted under warranty for corrosion, I picked it up and it was a horrible job they did . Took it back again for them to fix , and apparently their fixing was to try and buff out all the problems and buffed through the clear coat. Now I have to go back again and have it repainted again. The quality is amateurish at best and really dont want to go back but I guess Im now stuck.

I feel very taken advantage of when I purchased my 2016 Ford Expedition. I put down over $27,000 cash! On a $39,000.00 Suv. I was under the Pression Ford credit was taken my loan. An I signed a loan installment plan. Which I had no idea what it was since I have a 504 and Comprehension Disabilities. My car loan was over $29,000.00 I called and emailed to Fred Bean Doylestown over and over! Nobody would talk to me! My car was Repossessed by a Westlake Financial service am told me Fred Bean sold my contract to them. I put down a lot of money an thats all that mattered! I saved so long for that car! Im a single mom of 3 I worked so hard!!!!!

High pressure sales and incorrect paperwork. I noticed when I got home I had different Vin numbers On different paperwork I had called about an issue as I was driving home and they told me it would be taken care of when I got home that’s when I noticed the incorrect paperwork. The salesman never returned my calls after that. The manager called but he basically said I got a great deal even though I had different Vin numbers one for The vehicle that I was quoted and another on the paperwork and the vehicle that I actually drove home. They would not do anything to make it right be very careful when you go there that all numbers match up you have to watch it for yourself because they will not The manager told me they do this all the time they quote out one vehicle and give you another I don’t understand it but I will never go back

Doylestown warehouse pay scale lies

Raised their starting rate " up to 13hr", so many people who have worked there at the warehouse for 5-10 years or more were "blessed with a big raise up to the same 13hr that the person who just got hired gets. Some of these people haven't gotten raises in years or were given 25cents every other year if they were lucky ". The point, ALL YOUR YEARS OF SERVICE DOESNT MEAN *** TO FRED BEANS PARTS WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT !!! Dave Mullen is a coward and Harry Van Houtens fetch it boy. Harry is a complete liar who promises people free lunches and Saturday pay , but U work and he never even brings up paying EVER AGAIN!!! The BIGGEST RIPOFF ARTISTS IN DOYLESTOWN!!!
